Movies I saw this weekend

1. Hellraiser
2. Tremors
3. Super High Me
4. Brothers of The Head

I started watching All Quiet on The Western Front but I turned it off after about ten minutes. Super High Me could have been a lot better. The trouble was the guy was a huge pot smoker to begin with and he had no trouble handling thirty days of being baked continuously. Had it been a rookie it might have been more interesting but it bored me to death.

I really dug Tremors. I liked the sense of humor. I couldn't help comparing it to Dune. It was like the sand worms from Dune spawned a few babies that landed on Earth. I sort of thought they might have used the same props from Dune. Anyway, sure was fun. Good stupid fun.

Brothers of The Head was pretty nutty. It was a documentary-style fictional film that from time to time flashed over to scenes from a fictional documentary that was taking place about the subjects of the film which was sort of neat. A little sad but it really sucked me in. Kind of a drag getting sucked in to such a place but I enjoy getting really sucked into a film.
